is a nation-wide program to provide food facility operators the basic knowledge to serve safe food. Every person in an operation must meet the food safety practice demands for every day service. This program provides the manager or food service employee the knowledge to keep food safe with every meal. This training is one commitment to food safety implementation that should be shared every day.
An 8 hour course in a classroom setting; Materials will be sent to examine approximately 3 weeks before the schedule class date. After the class lecture, the exam is administered in a paper and pencil format. Test results will be available 2 weeks after the scheduled class date.

Companies or examines must register 30 days before desired class date; Payment is due upon registration and is non-refundable; For companies, for every 5 paid attendees, the 6th is free. Example: If you register 12 employees, you pay for 10 and 2 are free.
